Jamie sells original work, fine art prints and takes commissions by individual request. Parents have requested duplicates of pieces such as "Little Buddy" above, asking Jamie to paint in a portrait of their kitty and change facial features to resemble their child. Similarly, angel and child scenes have been adjusted to resemble a child. The goal in these instances, is not for a "perfect" portrait but to capture the essence of the child's innocence and joy.

Oil pastels are crayons for grown-ups. They lend themselves equally
well to free, exuberant creations or to pieces using precise, defined techniques. Originally created for Pablo Picasso, oil pastels are
made of pigment, wax, and oil and can be used on paper, canvas, clay and wood. This workshop introduces a simple resist
technique using oil pastel and ink which
produces remarkably beautiful results. Using
professional grade materials, you will learn some of the wonderfully creative applications
of this medium. If you can color between the lines, you can create art in oil pastel. Join
us for this fun workshop!
You can pick one of her designs or create something of your own.
